Shipping And Delivery
Door to door delivery. Our transport includes delivery to the door of the farm or portal of the recipient. The carrier is not obliged to upload the order at home. Orders will be delivered to the indicated address in case of having an incorrect address and that you should forward to a new address, or that the transport has to make the second delivery, the forwarding costs will be borne by the customer.
You must make sure that the number of pallets and packages coincides with what is indicated on the carrier's delivery note, since once signed you give the delivery confirmation, and both the transport agency and we cannot take charge. At that time you already take possession of the goods and the risk of damage or loss is transferred to you.
In case of delay of the order due to an external strike, catastrophe,...the company Factory 2010 SL cannot be held responsible.
Calculate transport price. You can calculate the transport price in the shopping cart. Only by entering your province if the shipment is in Spanish territory, the system will calculate the price of the transport of that product. In the shopping cart, the system will recalculate the total volume of the order. The transport costs will be indicated before placing the order.

Prices INCLUDE VAT . All the prices you see in our delivery calculator are VAT INCLUDED .
Cash on delivery is not accepted.
In orders with FREE SHIPPING, in case of return by the customer, the payment of the order will be made, except for the expenses caused by the shipment of the same.
Packaging. Our products have strong and resistant boxes. The glass tables are reinforced with wooden panels. Please open the boxes carefully and keep all the packaging until you are sure that the product is in perfect condition. delivery times

Delivery time in Spain:
For deliveries in the peninsula the term is approximately 24 to 72 hours.
For deliveries in the Balearic Islands the term is approximately 4 to 5 days.
International delivery time:
For international shipments the usual delivery time is 4/12 days. This period is also for the Canary Islands.
You can ask us about deliveries with shorter delivery times.
Confirmed payment. When you have made the payment, we process the order in a maximum of 24 hours and if everything is in stock we deliver it to the carrier so that it can be delivered to you as soon as possible.
Urgent delivery. If you need the order URGENT or on a specific date, contact us and we will find the best option, so that everything arrives on time.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded from the delivery times.
In sales seasons, Christmas campaigns and/or special promotions, deliveries may suffer delays, so we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Unless there are circumstances derived from the personalization of the products or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the company occur, the orders will be sent within the indicated period.
Reception of the merchandise
In order to claim an incident or breakage due to transport, you must always write down on the delivery note of the carrier "broken box" and/or "internal breakage" since in case of not writing anything down, the agency and Factory 2010 are not responsible
VERY IMPORTANT! Any incident in transport must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. We are not responsible for notifications after that period.
Bill. All invoices are sent by email from our billing department.
Check your order. With the delivery note in hand, check the number of packages or boxes that are delivered to you, we check that the order is correct, but also check that what is delivered to you is correct. When you sign the delivery note, you accept the products in the state of receipt, with which you will not be able to make a claim for transport damage.
Incidence in the reception of the merchandise
- The box is beaten. If in the download you notice that the box is slightly damaged but nothing is wrong with the product, you can do 2 things:
Refuse the delivery: You can reject the delivery by stating on the delivery note that the box is damaged and also send us an email to email@example.com with the subject "rejected merchandise + invoice number". Or by calling our customer service phone.
Accept delivery: By stating on the delivery note "hit box". Serious incident. If in the download you notice that the box is damaged and the product is broken.
Transport delivery note. Write on the delivery note of the carrier "damaged product". Remember that all products have full insurance.
Let us know. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call our customer service phone number, +34 923 197 749 with your order number. Remember that you have to communicate within a maximum period of 24 hours after delivery.
My item has arrived broken and there is no stock. In this case, since we do not have stock, we cannot immediately replace your item. You can do two things:
Wait for it to arrive again, for it to be back in stock.
Exchange it for a similar product that we have in stock.
In no case may damaged items be thrown away without our consent.
