The information exposed in each article clarifies the main details of the product, but they can always present variations in tone, shape and size.

Products made with marble, such as tabletops, coffee tables, etc., may contain imperfections typical of natural stone.

Orders placed through the website will only be binding once payment acceptance has been verified. After confirming the order, the customer must proceed to pay for it by any of the following forms of payment:

Standard Shipping:

Home delivery. Our transport includes delivery to the door of the farm or portal of the recipient.

Packaging. Our products travel packed in strong and resistant boxes. The glass tables are reinforced with wooden panels. Please open the packaging carefully and keep the boxes until you are sure that the product is in perfect condition.

Delivery times:

For standard shipments you can see the delivery times in the tab of each product.

Delivery time in the Peninsula is usually from 24 hours to 72 hours.

International delivery time is usually 20 days.

Delivery time for the Canary Islands is approximately 7 days.

Payment Confirmed. Once you have made the payment, we process the order in a maximum of 24 hours. If everything is in stock, we deliver it to the carrier so that it can be delivered to you as soon as possible.

If you need the order URGENT or on a specific date, let us know and we will find the best option so that everything arrives on time.

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are excluded from the delivery times.

In sales seasons, Christmas campaigns and/or special promotions, deliveries may suffer delays, so we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Unless there are circumstances derived from the personalization of the products or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of the company occur, the orders will be sent within the indicated period.

www.vintahome.com will make its best efforts in order to make deliveries on the scheduled, offered or confirmed date.

www.vintahome.com reserves its right to recover ownership of the product in case of non-payment of the price.


For products out of stock our offers are valid from the date of the reservation made, the delivery times indicated are for information purposes without giving rise to the customer's cancellation of the order, nor to the claim of damages or harm in any case. delay.

Incidence in the reception of the merchandise:

In order to claim an incident or breakage due to transport, you must always write down on the delivery note of the carrier "broken box" or "pending verification" since in case of not writing down anything, the agency and Factory 2010 are not responsible.

Minor Incidence: the box is damaged: If during the download you notice that the box is slightly damaged but the product is intact, you can do 2 things:

Accept delivery: stating on the delivery note "box damaged, pending review", this case is especially interesting if we do not have the replacement in stock.

Serious incident. If in the download you notice that the box is damaged and the product is broken.

On the delivery note write "box hit damaged product". All products have full insurance.

Notify us by sending us an email to info@vintahome.com or call our customer service phone number, 923 19 77 49  with your invoice number. Remember that you have to communicate within a maximum period of 24 hours after delivery.

My item has arrived damaged and there is no stock. As we do not have stock, we cannot replace it immediately, therefore, you can do two things:

Wait until we have it back in stock.

Exchange it for another similar product that we have in stock.

Reception of the merchandise:

VERY IMPORTANT! Notify within 24 hours of delivery, any incident in transport. After that period we are not responsible.

Invoice: It will be sent by email to the address provided in the order.

With the invoice in hand, check the number of packages or boxes that are delivered to you, we check that the order is correct, but also check that what is delivered is correct.

 In the event of a defective product, www.vintahome.com will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract.



All products purchased at www.vintahome.com may be returned and reimbursed, provided that you notify us of your intention to return the product(s) purchased within a maximum period of 14 days, counted from the date of delivery and that meet the rest of the conditions established in this section.

Returns will only be accepted if they meet the following requirements:

 The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must keep its packaging.

The shipment must be made using the same protective box in which it was received to protect the product.

In the event that it cannot be done with the protective box with which it was delivered, you must return it in a protective box so that the product reaches the warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.

To return the merchandise, you must send it to us in its original packaging, without having been assembled or used , postage paid to our warehouses, within 14 days of receipt of the order.

Any product can be returned as long as we receive it in perfect condition in its original packaging with everything that the product contains, screws, mounting accessories, etc.
Sending expenses will be at client's charge.
If the customer wishes to withdraw a merchandise that has already been received or at the time of delivery, he must pay all the costs of the return.

After examining the article, we will notify you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, for the purchased item(s).

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the client will assume the costs and risks of transport both delivery and return. The return will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within a period of 30 business days from the date on which you notified us of your intention to withdraw. The refund will be made to the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase, in the case of Card purchases, or by bank transfer to the account from which the payment was made.

Returns and partial cancellations will give rise to a partial refund of the total amount paid for the entire order. Transportation, reimbursement and gift packaging costs will not be refunded in case of partial return. The refund will be made to the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase or by bank transfer for orders paid by refund.

The exchange or return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which you received them will not proceed.

Based on the provisions of art. 103 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:

  • e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
  • f) The supply of goods that after their delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed inseparably with other goods.
  • g) The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed at the time of entering into the sales contract and which cannot be delivered before 30 days, and whose real value depends on market fluctuations that the employer cannot control.
  • h) Contracts in which the consumer and user have specifically requested the employer to visit them to carry out urgent repair or maintenance operations; If, during that visit, the entrepreneur provides additional services to those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than the spare parts used necessarily to carry out maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal must apply to said additional services or goods .

  • j) The supply of daily press, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.

Once the package is received, we will proceed to identify and verify the status of the returned products. This operation can take 48 hours, since each article is analyzed to verify that it corresponds to the one actually sent.

Once the verification is finished, we will send you an approval email or call you by phone and we will immediately proceed to the exchange or refund. If there is any discrepancy, we will contact you with the same urgency.

Returns of wrong, defective or damaged products

If you return a product because it is defective, and the reason is a 2010 factory error, we will be happy to re-position all products at no cost to the customer. If you do not want the replacement, the collection and shipping costs will be borne by the customer. . Deadline to notify an incident: 24 hours from the delivery of the product.

Remember that the product must not be tampered with and you must return it in the same packaging that you received it.

For special orders and factory orders, products that have a special discount and reserved orders, are excluded from returns except for transport breakage or manufacturing defect.

Once the notification is received, we will contact you to inform you about how to proceed.

Return Procedures

Steps to take to return the product:

  • Send us an e-mail with the subject "return + order number" to info@vintahome.com, we will contact you within 24 hours indicating the address of our warehouses to proceed with the shipment.
  • Once we have the product in our warehouses, we will check that the status of the product is correct and we will refund the money, except for the shipping costs incurred.
  • Money returns will be made within a period of 15 days by the same means in which you made the purchase.



Our guarantee corresponds to 2 years legally.

In order to apply the guarantee to a product, you must notify us by email indicating the order number or invoice number and attached photos indicating any defect observed, at the time of acceptance a replacement of the product or replacement of the defective part will be made.

The guarantee covers the repair of the product.

The cost of transportation is borne by the customer.

In the event of a dispute with the customer, he must return the defective product to us, knowing that the return will also be at his expense, except if the case of manufacturing defect is confirmed.

For any claim you must present the invoice corresponding to the purchase of the product.

The guarantee will not apply in case:

  1. The product has been poorly assembled, installed or poorly maintained by the user.
  2. The product has been repaired and has been damaged.
  3. The product has arrived broken or damaged.
  4. The product has been exposed in coastal places where it has been affected by weather conditions or located on unsuitable surfaces, as an example; sand, water...

Spare parts have a 1-year warranty.


To make a reservation, the client can make the payment of the total order to leave it confirmed and prepared in our warehouses until the date of delivery.

It is also possible to pay at least 50% of the total proforma. Once the payment is received, the reservation is confirmed and the merchandise is prepared in our warehouses.

The percentage pending payment must be paid at least 4 - 5 days in advance of the date on which you want to receive the order, so that in this way you can check the payment and prepare the departure of the merchandise. If you want to modify any information, be it the number of products, or the shipping and billing information, please do so as soon as possible.

Reserves can remain in our warehouses for a maximum of 30 days.

Once this period has passed, the client must make the full payment of the order, in addition to having to pay an additional surcharge for storage.

If for any reason the client cancels a reservation and wishes to return the merchandise, a fine will be applied for the total amount of the requested order.
